Once the early snow we got in mid-November had melted enough and the ground dried up, we were able to take care of the massive amounts of leaves on the property. Most of them came from about a dozen or so giant maples we have around the house. There are also some good sized oaks, hickory and a birch tree. We have several large pines and spruces that drop their long needles to cover the ground in a thin blanket of soft needles.
