In 2016, my wife and I were looking for a new house with a large lot. After many months of looking we managed to find this nice ten acre parcel with a very large home. The front half of the property had numerous trees with massive maples and a nice row of old pines, spruces and a couple of oaks. The very back half of the property was just a field of tall grass and hay.
