This picture was of Nonna Ruzzin and her family in Italy, I believe during or right after the 1st World War.
In the top left and going right is Uncle Bert, Nonna, and Uncle Sam.
Second row is Uncle Frank, Grandma Facca, Uncle Tillio (in front of Uncle Sam) and Uncle Ugo (cousin Tony’s Dad)
Grandma looks about 8 or 9 so it might be 1918 or 1919.
