Christmas Eve At Sandi’s

Christmas Eve is always a special time of the year for us. Usually we have our families come visit us on Christmas Eve, but we were remodeling our living room and dining room, so my sister-in-law graciously offered to host it this year. The event was a much smaller gathering as my brother and his family were meeting together in North Carolina.

John has always been one of the main cooks for these events. Normally, my wife and I prepare the bulk of the food, with everybody else bringing their favorite dishes. My specialty is with seafood, but this year I took a back seat to the kitchen duties and John, Sandi and my wife attended to the details. We can’t have too many chefs in the kitchen!
