This was in the basement at the house on Continenal where I grew up in Warren.
Nonno Ruzzin (Grandma Facca’s Dad) is rotating the salami’s as they cured over a period of months. It was something he did.
We used to make salami every year with my uncles on the Ruzzin side of the family.
